RC ADVENTURES - TOYBOTA PROJECT - PT 6 - BBC TOP GEAR TRiBUTE BUiLD - TOYOTA TRUCK-BOAT

A Diabolical Build! I have been designing a Tribute Truck to the BBC's Classic Show "TOP GEAR" and their "Toybota"/ Car Boat Challenges! I have been hard at work over the last 5 episodes - but I am in the home stretch today. Even though this project will always evolve (tweaking, modding, etc..), after today - I should be ready to have our maiden voyage. But first, I must finish the steering system, build a helm, install a servo driven steering wheel, install the new radio system to a 6 channel, dual stick control, and finish the electronics. Easy to type out.. difficult to get done in a timely manner. But, through the magic of editing, I am able to compress a full days work into a 30 minute show for you to enjoy!
This project is being done in celebration of my YouTube channel reaching 1,000,000,000 total upload views! For such an auspicious occasion - I wanted to "get back to my roots" and build a unique trail truck that would be a classic. I also wanted to include ideas, and teachings that may also inspire and help YOU in YOUR OWN RC ADVENTURE! The Hobby of Radio Control (RC) has always appealed to me becuase there really is no limit to what can be achieved. It is always a challenge and always tests my wits. I think this is part of the appeal for me.
Any budget - big or small - can bring you smiles with an RC vehicle!
