After filming "the King of Shaves" a few episodes back - I had to order the Rockstar from Proboat - I was bitten by the bug of RC GAS POWERED BOATS! The boat cost me $1350 (cad) to my door - but certainly was worth it! Everett soon had to order one when he found out I got one.. and now we both received our boats at the same time! Well - what better an opportunity for us to unbox them for you here on YouTube, so you to can be tempted into this awesome hobby. Granted.. you need a BiG lake to run these..
After the unboxing - we decide to take you guys along for the maiden voyages with us! Unboxing and maiden all in 1 video.. it truly gives you a first hand look at how our first day went with these machines. Everetts was having some trouble.. as the throttle linkage collar and and screw fell apart mid run.. we believe it had to do with vibration, but it was soon dealt with! My boat was running awesome.. and was a lot of fun to blast across the water with. Engine break-in takes a few tanks of fuel .. and we should see these boats really PEP UP!
