Real Estate and Housing Developers' Association (REHDA) president Datuk Soam Heng Choon expresses confidence the housing sector can grow provided developers and buyers get the right margin of financing.
Soam told reporters this after the HOC – Malaysia Property Expo (HOC-Mapex) 2019 on Friday that developers of lower end properties are the ones facing problem to sell off the properties.
