The Sik Magistrate's Court on Monday issued a seven-day remand order for Azman Wahab, who ran amok the day before, brutally killing his brother and a female relative in Baling, Kedah. The mentally-ill man told police he had heard a voice asking him to kill someone and also admitted to beating both his victims.
