The police will refer their investigation paper on the school stabbing which claimed the life of a 16-year-old girl to the Attorney-General’s Chambers (AGC) today.
Petaling Jaya district police chief Shamsudin Mamat confimed the matter to Malaysiakini.
“We have obtained an extended period of remand on the suspect, starting today till Oct 28, and we will also be referring the investigation paper to prosecutors for their consideration,” he said.
