The Attorney-General's Chambers will decide if there is a need to arrest Economic Affairs Minister Azmin Ali after receiving the investigation papers on the sex video scandal, said Inspector-General of Police Abdul Hamid Bador.
Meanwhile, PKR vice-president Zuraida Kamaruddin said the police will not arrest a person who has not committed a crime.
Zuraida was commenting on Perak PKR chief Farhash Wafa Salvador challenging the IGP to arrest Economic Affairs Minister Azmin Ali over a sex video.
