The Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court today granted movie producer Riza Abdul Aziz a discharge not amounting to an acquittal (DNAA) from money laundering charges involving RM1.25 billion linked to 1MDB funds.
Judge Azman Ahmad made the decision after the prosecution and the accused reached an agreement through the representation presented to the Attorney General's Office.
