A Yemeni information technology (IT) consultant was fined RM400 by the Petaling Jaya Magistrate’s Court today, for dressing up as a suicide bomber while on the way to a Halloween party last month.
He was charged with committing public nuisance by dressing up as a suicide bomber at Armanee Terrace Condominium in Damansara at 7.40pm, on Oct 28.
