Zaid Ibrahim has called on Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim to free former premier Najib Abdul Razak and consider bring up a pardon for him.
He said this was for the sake of the people and for the unity government to win in the upcoming state election.
"Umno is weak; only Najib will help you win. Sure he was found guilty; but in the scheme of things 42 mil is a small chang," he said,
