A newly-repaired road, Jalan Bukit Lama linking Bayan Lepas and Balik Pulau in Penang has collapsed again due to heavy rain.
State Public Works, Utilities and Flood Mitigation Committee chairman Zairil Khir Johari on Thursday said due to the downpour, water had seeped into the road causing settlement.
