Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor’s defence counsel on Wednesday (Feb 5) questioned the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission's prerogative in investigating the doctor who signed his client’s medical report.
Speaking to reporters outside the courtroom, Datuk Jagjit Singh said High Court Judge Justice Mohamed Zaini Mazlan should have put a stop to the “intimidation”.
