Parti Warisan Sabah president Shafie Apdal made his first appearance in Parliament for this session today after missing out last week.
Asked on the alleged misappropriations involving the Sabah Water Department’s RM3.3 billion federal allocation, he said that the case is still under investigation and he couldn't comment on the matter.
