Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Minister Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail said he was not told to replace Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin as Home Minister.
He added that only the Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad has the authority to decide on the portfolio change.
Utusan Malaysia had reported that Saifuddin will be the new Home Minister in an upcoming Cabinet reshuffle.
