Samsung Group leader Jay Y Lee has a long day ahead as he waits for a verdict from a South Korean judge to decide if he should be arrested for being involved in a corruption scandal. Prosecutors want Lee arrested on charges of bribery, embezzlement and false testimony. Lee's vast empire makes up 17 percent of South Korea's economy meaning a problem for Samsung is a problem for the country.
