Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor has applied to transfer his Sedition cases from the Selayang Sessions Court to the Shah Alam High Court.

Lawyer Awang Armadajaya Awang Mahmud, representing the Kedah MB, said the management of the case at the Shah Alam High Court has been set for January 24.

Sanusi was charged with uttering seditious words in relation to the appointment of the Selangor menteri besar and the establishment of the federal coalition government during a political talk last July.
