Scott Disick Keeps The Peace Between Sofia Richie & Kourtney Kardashian During Vacation!

Hey everyone hope you’re having a great day, it’s Sussan Mourad here with Clevver News and Sofia Richie just made her debut on Keeping Up With the Kardashians. This is a big deal for a lot of reasons. As you would know, Sofia, who’s best friends with Kylie, is dating her sister Kourtney’s ex- Scott Disick. Which, I know, at first might seem a little confusing, but Kourtney and Scott were together for years, had three children together, and were fully broken up before Sofia came into the picture.
They’ve also been super honest and open about their relationship since the get go. So I’ve always been very intrigued by the dynamic between Kourtney, Scott, and Sofia who seem to all get along really well given the situation. Real talk, my brain almost exploded last December when Scott posted this pic of him between Kourtney and Sofia and wrote quote, “What more can a guy ask for. THREE’S COMPANY” I mean it’s amazing for their kids and family members that they are all able to get along so well and co-parent the way they do. And this week on Keeping Up, we finally got a look inside their unique dynamic.
In Sofia’s debut episode on the show, she allowed herself to be filmed during the family vacation to Finland that she joined Kourtney, Scot, and their children on. It’s always sort of an initiation for new romantic partners of the Kardashians or the Kardashian-adjacent to be on the show. Even Kim’s husband, Kanye has made multiple appearances though he originally tried to stay far away from the show. In last night’s episode, in a confessional Scott admitted that while Sofia has traveled with the family before, it can be a weird dynamic.
He empathized with Sofia and said quote, “Sofia has never really done anything like this before. It’s hard. I don’t want her to feel out of place, I don’t want her to feel like she’s not as comfortable as I am. I’m just trying to be cautious of everyone’s feelings.” And I really think Scott is doing his best given the situation. Family dynamics, no matter who you are or how famous you are can be very tricky. And fans loved how Sofia handled the entire trip.The comments on the clip from Keeping Up are flooded with love for her. And others praised Kourtney too. And I agree, they are all handling this situation as best as possible and we all have no idea how they do things in their private life. But from what we’ve seen, they seem to be making it work.
And speaking of last night’s episode the Kardashians, we have to talk about how North West totally embarrassed Kim in front of JoJo Siwa. You probably remember that back in March, North West made her YouTube debut in a video with her idol, JoJo Siwa. The whole thing came about after North and JoJo bonded over Facetime and JoJo asked Kim whether her daughter wanted to make an appearance on her channel.
A couple of weeks later, North went to JoJo's epic house where JoJo babysat North for the day. They got dressed up, danced, and made slime. It was an all around great day for everyone. Oh and it has almost 25 million views, so that’s cool too. But in last night’s KUWTK episode, we got to see that it wasn’t that simple putting this collab together.
In fact, Kim revealed that she agonised over the decision and was concerned that North might be "overwhelmed" by the whole experience. She said quote, “North is so obsessed with JoJo right now, and even though she's met people she's really liked before, I think on top of having a YouTube crew filming it and in JoJo's home, I think that could be overwhelming for her. There's a difference when she's on our show — she knows everyone on the crew and is always with family so we can really control what we film and what we do."
After getting some advice from the best AKA Kris Jenner, Kim ultimately allowed North to live out her dream with JoJo. However, on the day of the shoot, North outed Kim in the most hilarious way. In the episode North straight up says to JoJo, "My mom says you scream a lot." And I absolutely lost it. I was cracking up and honestly I still start laughing when I think about it. I love the pure honesty of a 6 year old. You have to see this for yourself.
