A video has surfaced online showing Philippine footballer Justin Baas refusing to shake hands with his Malaysian counterparts ahead of their SEA Games match in Manila last Friday.
Instead, Baas waved his arm wildly and appeared to slap the shoulders of the Malaysian footballers who proceeded to complain to his team mates and officials for his unsportsmanlike behaviour.
