Police are urging the biological mother of two children who were reported missing from a kindergarten in Section 16, Petaling Jaya to come forward immediately.
Selangor CID chief Senior Asst Comm Fadzil Ahmat confirmed that the children were taken by their mother, and said police did not find any criminal element from the incident.
