The Selangor state assembly session heated up yesterday after Batu Tiga state assemblyperson Danial Al-Rashid Haron Aminar Rashid raised the issue of the letter from the Sultan of Selangor, Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah to PAS President Abdul Hadi Awang.
Several opposition lawmakers rose up to criticize Danial's actions, saying that the letter had nothing to do with the proceedings and should not have been brought up.
