Selena has officially come clean about the rumors surrounding her and Zedd and her friendship with Katy Perry, and what she’s saying may surprise you.
When Selena called into New Zealand radio's The Edge Afternoons yesterday to play a game called "Tabloid True or False," the radio host got right to grilling Selena, first asking her if she had to call Katy Perry after filming Taylor Swift’s “Bad Blood” music video to make sure she knew that Selena was only acting in it. Here’s what Selena had to say:
So, okay, no “Bad Blood” there! Which is a bit surprising. Selena also went on to say that being accused of false rumors is something that will naturally happen, and that she isn’t bothered, saying, “At the end of the day people see it. So if people were to say, 'Hey, she's pregnant,' well they are going to see in nine months that I'm not."
The hosts then went on to ask Selena to set the record straight on her relationship with her former flame Zedd AND about Diplo accusing them of having a fake relationship just to sell records. Selena was quick to slam those rumors, saying, "He said that was a joke! He said that was a joke ‘cause I talked to him. First off, it's very interesting that Diplo would think he knew about my personal life, but he doesn't. Then what she went on to CONFIRM that she and Zedd did have something real:
