A Star2 public forum, organised jointly with the Julius Centre of University Malaya’s Department of Social and Preventive Medicine, titled Seniors Matter: Safeguarding Our Elders was held on Saturday at Menara Star. A wide range of topics were discussed, from population ageing to the need to prepare for the changing demographic to recognising symptoms and risks of elder abuse.
