Senior police officer Mohd Nazri Abdul Razak has been charged with murder over the death of a Form Five student after the former allegedly crashed his car into a motorcycle, killing the teen.
Mohd Nazri was read the charge under Section 302 of the Penal Code before Magistrate Court judge S. Punitha and did not record a plea.
