This husband and wife team sure look busy and it's all hands-on work from daybreak and only till 11am! That's how fast and furious this Hakka mee serving is adored. You will be surprised that the noodles look absolutely normal, served with a sprinkling of spring onions, minced pork and a splash of special thick porky sauce. All home-made secret recipe that have lasted decades.

滔記客家麵已有七八十年歷史,一條條微微捲曲的客家麵,口感脆香,雖然只是以肉碎和蔥花“相伴”,卻讓人回味。滔記客家麵的麵條是自家秘方製成,選用高筋麵粉,據說要讓麵條更有咬勁,加入雞蛋等材料,就能讓客家麵吃起來更香滑。肉碎也是獨門秘方烹煮,鹹香中帶有淡淡的味道。单看他们搅面的动作就可知他们多忙碌。
