National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN) chairman Wan Saiful Wan Jan on Wednesday announced several new policy mechanism, with one of them being implementing the Income-Contingent Loan Repayment (ICLR) which aims to to reduce the financial burden of the youth and those from the low-income bracket.
