PKR vice-president R Sivarasa has condemned the police conduct during the arrest of Batu MP Tian Chua as being totally “unacceptable, outrageous and illegal.”
According to him the Inspector-General of Police Khalid Abu Bakar should be responsible for the incident, and explain why his men acted in such a “rough” manner.
