The Felda 2.0 programme will see the Federal Land Development Authority create a "smart city" at Felda Lurah Bilut settlement in Bentong, Pahang next year. Felda chairman Tan Sri Shahrir Abdul Samad said the pilot project will cost RM10mil and it will be extended to other Felda settlements in the country.
