Sally and I are back to show us how to make a spectacularly flamboyant cake using a painted buttercream technique. You don't have to make it rainbowy but why wouldn't you!? Hope you like it!
You will need...
A cake! - We used this recipe but across 6 x 7" tins -
Buttercream - we used 2 times my recipe -
Various food colour pastes/gels
Gold leaf (optional)
Meringues and sprinkles for decorations
