So when Stardust, who’s actual name is Cody Rhodes, noticed Stephen Amell off to the side of the ring, he made the balsy move to come after Arrow. Which of course resulted in Stephen jumping into the ring to give Stardust a taste of his own medicine. Take a look:
Can I just point out that I get that the outfit is Stardust’s gimic and all, but dude, I promise you it’s not intimidating.
So of course, it’s meant to look real but the fight was obviously fake and totally planned like everything else on the show but it was definitely entertaining! And thankfully for fans of Stephen, this won’t be the last time we’ll get to see him in the ring. After the match, Stephen told Triple H that he wanted his revenge so on August 23rd at SummerSlam in Brooklyn, Stephen will face off against Barrett and Stardust alongside Neville.
Stephen obviously means business because he even jokingly tweeted about it with a picture of his hand covered in Stardust’s residue saying QUOTE – “Hey @StardustWWE, these aren't bruises. They're better. See you in Brooklyn."
