His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim of Johor has taken the oath of office as the 17th Yang di-Pertuan Agong.

In a ceremony at Istana Negara's Balairung Seri this morning, Sultan Ibrahim also signed the instrument of office.

Perak's Sultan Nazrin Shah also took the oath of office and signed the instrument of office as the Deputy Yang di-Pertuan Agong.
