Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim confirms that a candidate has been submitted to the Yang di-Pertuan Agong for the vacant Sarawak governor position.
He said Sarawak Premier Abang Johari Openg decided on the candidate, however, the prime minister stopped short of naming the nominee.
"It may be announced in the next day or two," he told reporters today.
