Syahir: Hadi did not avoid cops, he has given his statement

PAS assistant secretary-general Mohd Syahir Che Sulaiman said PAS president Abdul Hadi Awang was not avoiding being probed by the police but had to postpone the process as he had to undergo treatment at the Hospital Sultanah Nur Zahirah di Kuala Terengganu.

In a video posted on Facebook yesterday, Syahir said that Hadi had already given his statement to the police in the morning.

“(Abdul Hadi) gave his statement for almost an hour and had answered every question asked by the police," he said.
