Youth and Sports Minister Syed Saddiq Syed Abdul Rahman said a committee headed by the ministry's secretary-general Datuk Lokman Hakim Ali will be set up to probe into the death of a participant of the Port Dickson International Triathlon.
Tharm Wai Weng, 39, drowned while participating in the 750-metre swimming event at the international triathlon, while 42 year-old Jeffrey Yuen Chi Yuen from Hong Kong was reported missing after having completed the swimming event.
