Taylor Swift's "Shake It Off" Case Dismissed In BEST Way Possible!

The case involved the songwriter who was trying to sue Taylor claiming that she stole from his song called “Haters Gone Hate” for “Shake It Off.” But not only did the judge dismiss the case, but she did it in an amazing way that surely any Swiftie would appreciate.
In the dismissal, Judge Gail Standish quoted several T-Swift songs saying QUOTE - "At present, the Court is not saying that Braham can never, ever, ever get his case back in court. But for now, we have got problems, and the Court is not sure Braham can solve them.” She went on to say that the lawsuit - "has a blank space -- one that requires Braham to do more than write his name.” and “Band-Aids will not fix the bullet holes in the case." She brought it home with – “At least for the moment, Defendants have shaken off this lawsuit."
Now was it professional? No. But hilarious? Absolutely.
