Terengganu’s Sultanah Nur Zahirah has filed an application to dispose of her defamation suit against Sarawak Report editor Clare Rewcastle-Brown and two others, without going for a full trial.
Her counsel Datuk Mohd Haaziq Pillay told reporters at the KL court on Monday the application was filed on May 13 for the suit to be summarily disposed of according to Order 14A of the Rules of Court 2012.
