Take a look at this video that showcases KL’s Pudu market and its famous Sulaiman Cendol and Rojak stall. Famous because it has been running for over 4o years and it is probably one of the few non-Chinese stalls in the market. The owner is none other than Sulaiman and his big green signage says it all. You will notice his classic style ice shaving machine practically non -stop shaving blocks of ice into crystal-like ice shavings. Then there are huge buckets of brown malt sugar , coconut milk(santan) and cendol just next to him. Sulaiman is seen doing his fast paced preparation for eat-in and takeaways. This is probably a cool pit-stop for those who have walked all over the Pudu markek . Just next door is where you can complement a plate of tempting rojak and enjoy your cendol together . Sulaiman opens seven days a week from 8:30 am till 5:30 pm. Have a go !
