Stelena vs. Delena. The Vampire Diaries fans are split right down the middle on who they want Elena to end up with so I have one question for you: who is your TVD one true pairing? #TVDOTP

First up, we have Stelena. Okay, so these two haven't been together since season four, but Stefan and Elena shippers are holding out strong for these two. And here's why:

Fact #1: Stefan has proven over and over that he'll always protect Elena. Remember when Tessa had them trapped in the cabin? Stefan told her that he wouldn't let anything happen to her.

Fact #2: Caroline has said time and time again that Elena is Stefan's one true love! Clearly she's on Team Stelena.

And finally, fact #3: Um, let's not forget that steamy mak eout scene in the hotel room earlier this season. Sure, it may have be Katherine but hey -- Stefan didn't know.

Next up, Delena. Fans literally went nuts when these two finally got together and here's why:

Fact #1: Um, Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder dated in real life so clearly they have undeniable chemistry.

Fact #2: There's no denying that Elena makes Damon a better person. Don't even try to fight me on this one, people.

Fact #3: Okay, this might not be a fact but I still get so happy whenever I watch Elena telling Damon she loves him for the first time.
