Home Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin assured that there are sufficient provisions under the current legislation to handle street demonstrations if it goes out of control.
Muhyiddin said this to reporters, following the tabling of the Peaceful Assembly (Amendment) Bill for its first reading by Deputy Home Minister Datuk Mohd Azis Jamman in Parliament on Monday.
