Charles Suresh Morais made a statutory declaration on Wednesday "believes that Richard was approached by persons interested in covering up the murder of Kevin Morais."
Charles claims that Richard was offered an incentive to cremate Kevin's body in a haste to destroy evidence which a 2nd post- mortem may have revealed. "There is an ulterior motive", says Charles.
