Dewan Rakyat Deputy Speaker Ronald Kiandee uspended three DAP parliamentarians for ten days after failing to apologise to Speaker Pandikar Amin Mulia.
The DAP lawmakers had been told to apologise to Dewan Rakyat speaker Pandikar Amin Mulia over remarks against him for disallowing an emergency motion on the seizure of the luxury yacht linked to businessperson Jho Low and questions related to 1MDB.
Ronald said the actions of Ngeh Khoo Ham (DAP-Beruas), V Sivakumar (DAP-Batu Gajah), and Nga Kor Ming (DAP-Taiping) are an insult to the speaker in the performance of his duties, and by extension, is also an insult to the parliament.
