Police detained three people on Tuesday for allegedly mocking Kelantan ruler Sultan Muhammad V on social media platforms over his abdication.
According to Inspector-General of Police Mohamad Fuzi Harun, they were detained under Section 4 (1) of the Sedition Act, following police reports lodged by members of the public.
