"With Fiji in the rear view mirror we cross the planet to Bahamas and the charismatic Jim Abernathy onboard Shearwater. Our first stop is Tiger Beach and within minutes the boat is surrounded by sharks, lemons and Caribbean reef sharks everywhere, but will the tigers make an appearance?
After a few dives we finally have our close encounter with the magnificent tiger sharks. These huge sharks really are the pussy cats of the ocean, despite their size and interest in our camera gear I never once felt threatened by them.
