Wanita Umno chief Noraini Ahmad has called for her wing to be given the opportunity to field a candidate for the upcoming Mahkota by-election.

In her winding-up speech at the Wanita Umno General Assembly 2024 yesterday, Noraini emphasized the importance of ensuring the Mahkota state seat is allocated to a female candidate to uphold the legacy of the late incumbent, Sharifah Azizah Syed Zain.
