Attorney General Tommy Thomas has stepped aside as lead prosecutor in the criminal case against former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak and has appointed Datuk Sulaiman Abdullah to replace him.
Thomas also announced the appointment of Datuk Seri Gopal Seri Sri Ram as a deputy public prosecutor.
