Taman Tun Dr Ismail (TTDI) residents said they were disappointed that their application for a stay order for a high-rise apartment project at Taman Rimba Kiara was dismissed by the High Court on Thursday. Save Taman Rimba Kiara Group coordinator Leon Koay also expressed shock that the judge had ordered them to pay 40,000 ringgit as costs, considering this lawsuit is of public interest and not a commercial dispute.
