Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad graced the special screening of ‘Raj Of The East’ at KLCC Tuesday night with wife, Tun Dr Siti Hasmah.
Directed by Tan Sri Adam Kadir, the semi-biopic film tells of a time when British figures such as Hugh Clifford and Frank Sweetenham were in Malaya. Clifford was 17 when he arrived in Malaya from Britain in 1883. He was made a cadet under Perak Resident, Sir Hugh Low.
