Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir revealed to Sinar Harian that Umno deputy president Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi had visited him on Thursday to seek advise on how to administer Umno. He told Zahid that Umno is now hated for betraying the Malays and it would be difficult for the party to recover from their loss of support.
