Ukranian Hromadske.TV co-founder Nataliya Gumenyuk tells KiniTV that it is unlikely that Ukrainian forces had shot down MH17, as they do not use anti-aircraft weaponry against the pro-Russian seperatist.

The rebels she says don't have any aircraft, making the use of such weapons pointless.
