Puad Zarkashi has criticised PAS which he claimed was trying to weaken the unity government by dividing the component parties.

The Umno Supreme Council member said any controversial statements by DAP leaders or members will be exploited by PAS.

Puad in a Facebook post today also stressed that, unlike the Islamist party, Umno does not ride on religion and is committed to protecting the interests of Malay, Muslims and the Malay Kings.
