Federal Territories Minister Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor said that DBKL had put up the Umno logo on the digital display on the DBKL building as a trial run as the system was still not complete.
He was responding to a question on complaints against DBKL screening the Umno anniversary logo on the digital display covering the 34-storey DBKL headquarter building along Jalan Raja Laut.
