DANG! I hate getting a new product, and having a piece broken inside! Honestly, I was surprised at the good quality of the surfboard, but the bad quality of the surfer dude. Ugh..don't even get me started on the radio. It feels too "empty".. and rather cheaply made - but - for a $239 unit - overall this surfer board is killing it! The radio does have great options for control, and the graphics and qualify of the hull feel good! After a quick shot of glue.. the surfer dude's broken arm was on the mend - and I assembled this board. I use the word assembled lightly here - as its really only attaching the surfer dude to the board! Its a bit tricky, but with a bit of patience - very doable. And though this "boat" is only 7.4 NMHD battery driven, I have hopes that it will perform well enough to demonstrate it has more potential - there must be some room for an upgraded system! Dont worry - I will test it out first..
